Robin O'Donnel did a small scenery of the private own airstrip at Cutler Field, Powell (OH). I adapted it for Golden Wings and barnstroming flights. But I didn't found any historical advices that flaming rings have then been builded up at air shows. However I couldn't resist the challenge to let fly an AI 'Curtiss Jenny' thru the ring, while at same time an other flies thru the barn. By pure hazard, the airship 'USS Shenandoah' overflies the air show. Anyway, its a very fruitful area with a lot of vintage airfields done by Tom Constantine, like the Thomasville Air Show & Fair. Maybe a list to find some of the airfields? Or where to find them? Thomasville looks great & will fit into my Platinum Wings.

You were a very attentive reader of the archived threads! They are all contributions that I created a long time ago and would like to preserve due to the effort involved. They are also filling up the forum a bit! The article about the "IL-14 in the tropics" no longer has any pictures in the Originla because it led to an unpleasant polemic at the time. Now to your question about Thomasville. This scenery is available here: www.sim-outhouse.org/toh/ziparchive/WACO_Factory_1929.zipBernard
